Rider Fee

Rider registration is $300, which includes two days of private lessons, auditing, and two days of lunch-time theory sessions. Payment of rider fee will be expected within 10 days of selection and notification of selected riders in order to secure a rider's spot in the clinic. Rider Fee does not include stabling, hotel, transportation or food. Rider's can download an application from our forms and documents or they can register online (when available) by going to our dates and locations page.

Cancellations and Refunds

Riders who must cancel after the selection and notification date will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee, only in the event a replacement rider can be found by USDF. If no replacement is available, the rider will not receive a refund. Riders who must cancel due to medical or veterinary reasons may receive a refund if USDF is properly notified in writing, via mail or fax, including veterinarian or physician statement.

Deadlines

Riders complete the rider application form and mail or fax it to USDF. Rider applications must be received by USDF no later than deadline noted on the rider application form.

Auditors may pre-register up to 10 days prior to the start of the clinic they wish to attend. After that, auditors must utilize the walk-in registration system and pay an additional $10 per day for adults or $5 per day for juniors and young riders.

USDF is not responsible for late or misdirected mail, faxes, or e-mail.
