Hotels

USDF group rates have been established at the following hotels:

Doubletree Hotel West Palm Beach Airport

The hotel is located at 1808 South Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409. The USDF group rate for guest rooms is $169 per night plus tax for single and double occupancy. To make reservations, call (800) 222-TREE and request the group rate for USDF. The group code is USD. You may also reserve guest rooms via the Internet. Book online at www.westpalmbeachairport.doubletree.com. To receive the group rate for USDF you must enter the group code USD on the second page of the reservation screen. The reservation deadline is December 20, 2008. Reservations received after the deadline will be accepted if space is available and at the prevailing rate. USDF does not guarantee availability. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. Cancellations of guest rooms must be received at least 3 days prior to the guest’s arrival to avoid penalties.

Royal Inn

The hotel is located at 675 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411. The USDF group rate for guest rooms is $67 to $74 per night plus tax, depending on the room type. To make reservations, call the hotel directly at (800) 428-5389 and request the group rate for the United States Dressage Federation. The reservation deadline is January 3, 2009. Reservations received after the deadline will be accepted if space is available and at the prevailing rate. USDF does not guarantee availability. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. Cancellations of guest rooms must be received at least 24 hours prior to the guest’s arrival to avoid penalties.

From Doubletree Hotel West Palm Beach Airport:

  • Go northeast on South Australian Avenue.
  • Turn left onto Okeechobee Boulevard.
  • Turn right onto Seminole Pratt Whitney Road.
  • Turn left onto Sycamore Drive (at the beginning of the orange growth).
  • Stay on Sycamore Drive for approx. 2.3 miles.
  • The entrance to White Fences is on the left.
  • Stay on Sycamore Drive, which jogs slightly to the right.
  • Turn left into the Horse Park.
  • Turn left onto Hanover Circle.
  • Turn right onto Cypress Grove Lane.
  • You will see the blue house on the hill.

From Royal Inn:

  • Take Southern Boulevard West.

There is a 2-15% discount off published round-trip fares. Contact your travel agency or call MeetingWorks at (800) 468-7022. Reference the Z Code ZETM and the Agreement Code BQVJP9. Reservations may also be made at www.continental.com. There is an additional 3% discount for reservations booked online.
